History
Kitabata Yasuyoshi is an experienced Talent Profiler and Talent Development Consultant who has studied psychology for 14 years. In his professional experience he has consulted with over 6000 people including successful business minds, athletes, artists, and scientists.
When Kitabata found that 71% of people develop their talents when they trigger their emotions, he started asking the three questions that led to Talent Development. Using the Talent Psychology™ and Talent Dynamics Psychology™ method, a certain tax accountant helped his client company achieve $100,000 in earnings in a month with only two meetings.
In other cases, his clients have had gotten results such as doubling the amount of speaker requests, doubling sales for therapists, increased student grades through teacher development, and increased chances of getting a job.
