Shoko Matsuzawa graduated from Waseda University in Tokyo in 2006. She studied at Portland State University in America as an exchange student in 2004. She completed coaching training at the Japan Coach federation, and has completed a course of Talent Psychology. Starting at nine years old, she practiced ballet for fifteeen years. She improved herself through friendly rivalry. When she was a university student, she started teaching ballet to kids.

After she graduated from Waseda University, she worked at one of the biggest English Schools in Japan as a sales person. She successfully made contracts with an average of eighty percent of new customers, and she was promoted to be a school director. But in her third year at the company, she began to suffer from depression.

After recovering, she got married and had a child. Since then, she has studied Talent Psychology and realized that everyone has talent. Now, she especially wants parents to study Talent Psychology and know their own talent. She believes if parents enjoy living with their talents, then their children can believe they have a wonderful future, too.
